Building Regulations

Building Regulation approval is a statutory requirement for many building projects, to ensure the Health & Safety of people in and around buildings, and the Energy Efficiency of buildings. Building regulations approvals can be sought either from the building control department of the local authority or from an approved inspector.

To gain Building regulation approval we will produce detailed plans based on the information given and submit them for approval. The will enable the inspector to check them and confirm the proposal complies with Health & Safety and Energy Efficiency.

Once approved your chosen contractor can commence with the build or if you are looking to get prices the detailed plans can be used to obtain quotes (mainly on small extension works, if new build's or commercial works it is advised that a detailed schedule of works is produced).
