Land Registry Plan
We know exactly what is required by the Land Registry when submitting plans for Lease Plan and Title Plan purposes. We will visit the property to take all necessary measurements and detail. Combining these plans with correct and up to date Ordinance Survey digital maps all at the correct scales means that plans prepared by us won't be sent back.
We are also able to produce Licenece Plans. Since August 2006 it has been law that a plan is to be submitted with all application for alcohol licenses.
