Terms of Engagement
When you are planning a new project, it can be difficult to know where to begin. For this reason we always offer an initial consultation, free of charge.
As part of our first meeting, we will ask questions an give suggestions to gauge what best suites what you want from the project. From this we can give you an indication regarding the feasibility of the project in both planning and building terms. In addition using our years of experience we can also suggest alternative approaches and ideas you may not have thought about.
Once we have a clear idea of what you want to achieve we can work out what is involved and give you our fee proposal. This fee proposal will also outline any other likely costs that will be incurred to enable to works to commence onsite.
For clarity and the protection of all parties we ask that our engagement be formalised as set out in our quotation.
