Schedule of Works/ Contract Administration
We can manage projects from inception through to completion including on site management and contract administration via an appropriate form of contract which we can also advise on. This will include the production of a schedule of works which will be used for contractors to price from. the schedule enables you to accurately compare prices and ensure best value for money. Once the contractor is appointed we will over the works ensuring that the works are carried out to the correct specification and correct standard of works. Throughout the project we will offer advice and support to the client.
